The Baby Signs^®Parent Workshop

This one-time 2 hour workshop teaches parents and caregiver everything
you need to know to get started with the Baby Signs^® Program.
(Babies welcome to attend!)

You will learn:

How to begin signing with your baby
Effective ways to begin teaching signs at home
Easy ways to use signs in daily routines
What to expect as your baby transitions from signs to speech

Baby Signs^®Sign, Say & Play^TM Class

This 6-week 45 minute play class is for parents and their babies:

Highlights signs that are most important in the lives of babies
Teaches signing through fun games with BeeBo^TM the Baby Signs^® Bear
Provides signing practice through songs and age appropriate books
Introduces play activities that reinforce important language, cognitive and social- emotional skills
Brings families together to share their signing experiences

Baby Signs^® Early Childhood Educator Training

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the infants and toddlers in your care could communicate what they need, see, and feel without having to resort to tears and tantrums? Well, thanks to the Baby Signs^® Program, the world's leading sign language program for babies, effective communication is not only possible, but fun and easy to achieve. With the help of the Baby Signs^® Early Childhood Educator Training, child care programs of any size -big or small- can soon begin enjoying the benefits that come from incorporating signing into daily interactions between children and teachers. These include:

Reducing tantrums and tears
Decreasing biting and other aggressive behaviors
Building trust and affection between babies and teachers
Promoting positive emotional development
Providing a common language for teachers, babies and parents in bilingual settings

Three levels of training, each lasting 2 to 3 hours, are available, along with a wide variety of resources for the classroom. Training workshops are designed to be fun as well as informative, with games, songs, and activities liberally sprinkled through the sessions to keep teachers engaged and excited as they learn.

Schedule a one-time, 20-minute presentation of the Baby Signs^® Program! Would you like to have a visit from BeeBo^TM the Baby Signs^® Bear? This promotional presentation is an ideal option for Mom's groups and clubs, playgroups, hospital support groups, library story times, children's shops and promotional events. This presentation will not only teach 3 useful signs, but will also inform your audience of the benefits of signing with your baby.
